If you are like most, the bathroom is a dread to clean, "Can't we just shut the door?" It is also a room that will HAUNT you if you leave it unattended. Did you know the most common types of bacteria found in any given bathroom are E.coli, streptococcus, and salmonella?
EEEEEEEEEKK! I promise, if you follow a daily routine, your bathroom (and peace of mind ) will stay intact.
Each day it is a great idea to have a morning ritual of wiping down counters and spraying toilet with bleach spray. Use a paper towel to wipe down all surfaces and Vwala! in just a couple minutes you have eliminated a good portion of the YUCK in your bathroom. I also recommend taking a couple minutes in the evening to do the same, as you know our bathrooms are one of the busiest rooms in the house!
Every other day, I like to sweep my bathroom and shake out the rugs. You would be surprised what hides inside those suckers!
Now, we are all busy people, so set aside a half hour or so each weekend to really get in there and give it a good scrub. Empty your garbage, mop the floors with bleach, scrub the toilet and wipe those shower walls down!
If you stick to a routine, your bathroom will not only be tidy and clean, but you can eliminate a HUGE portion of bacteria by keeping up on the sanitation process everyday!
Keep following for more great cleaning tips!
